Obmify and Ukrainian City: Doing What Matters, Together

Obmify is a platform that helps people exchange cryptocurrency safely, profitably, and without unnecessary hassle. But we’re not just about money. We’re about trust, about community, and about what truly matters today. That’s why we’ve joined initiatives that support the rear and help the army.

One of those initiatives is the NGO Ukrainian City. We support it as a company, and some members of the Obmify team are personally involved in its work: joining aid trips, helping with logistics, and finding new partners

What is Ukrainian City?

Ukrainian City is a nonprofit that combines volunteer aid for the military with a digital platform full of useful information for Ukrainians. There aren’t many organizations like it. It offers both humanitarian logistics and procurement, as well as a fully functioning IT solution: a website that has helped over three million users in the last three years.

On the platform, you’ll find official communication channels, hotline contacts, chatbots, resources for IDPs, and government support, all in one place. This part of the project has been running since 2022 and continues to be updated and maintained.

But there’s also the volunteer side, the one that handles direct requests from the front. This part of the organization procures, assembles, and delivers everything needed by the military, from small gear to FPV drones and vehicles.

What They Actually Do

Everything the front needs, from the tiniest tools to large equipment, Ukrainian City tries to source, deliver, teach how to use, and keep supported.

They purchase, repair, and deliver vehicles to military units. This isn’t just about buying machines, it involves finding specific models for specific needs, managing logistics and maintenance, and making sure the vehicles get to their destinations.
They also work with FPV drones: from ordering and configuring them to delivering them to brigades. And to ensure the drones aren’t just collecting dust, they run training programs as well. Soldiers don’t just receive the tech, they know how to actually use it.
They even 3D-print custom parts that are hard to find on the market: mounts, drone components, and gear elements. It’s another way their IT expertise supports the military.
They respond to urgent requests too — for ceramic armor plates, tactical gear, power stations, generators, warm clothes, sleeping kits, uniforms, ghillie suits, camouflage nets, cooking gear, and much more. Whatever a unit specifically asks for, they get it.
Volunteers deliver aid personally, even to places others don’t reach. Often in their own vehicles or Ukrainian City’s branded van. Sometimes in difficult conditions, but always with the understanding that the need is immediate.

And this isn’t occasional, it’s ongoing. Week after week, month after month. Ukrainian City isn’t about one-time action. It’s about consistent, systemic support from the rear. And that’s why it works. You can see all aid reports on the Ukrainian City Instagram.

How Obmify Helps

Obmify supports Ukrainian City regularly: every month we donate part of our company profits, help handle currency exchanges (especially for overseas purchases), and assist in urgent cases where one needs to send money quickly, with the best rates and no wasted time.

Our team members also join the NGO’s daily work and aid trips. Some find partners, some deliver goods, others simply step in wherever they’re needed.

We also help other charities with currency exchanges, especially when they receive donations in foreign payment systems that need to be safely and quickly converted to hryvnia or the other way around.

In addition, Obmify is part of the STRUM initiative, a regular support program for the 12th Azov Special Forces Brigade. We donate monthly because we believe support should be not only generous, but also consistent..
